There are steps both onto the vessel and when going ashore, and shore facilities on the islands may be limited.
Sailings are always subject to weather and sea conditions. If we have to cancel or amend a trip, we’ll contact you as soon as we can with your options for rebooking or a refund/credit in line with our terms.
Yes. We can accommodate one wheelchair user per sailing. Please select the wheelchair option when entering passenger details and give us any extra information that might help the crew support you on the day.
If loyalty discounts apply to your account, they will be automatically applied during the booking process. You’ll see the discount in your price breakdown before you confirm payment.
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, log in to your account to confirm that the booking shows as complete and that your email address is correct. If you’re still unsure, contact the office and we’ll resend your confirmation.
Log in to your account and view your upcoming bookings. Some changes can be made online; others may need to be handled by a member of staff. Our Terms of Service explain how refunds and credits are handled. Late cancellations may be subject to fees or may not be refundable. Please check the cancellation terms shown during booking and on your confirmation email, or contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Well behaved dogs are welcome on deck but may not be allowed into indoor seating areas. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and you are responsible for cleaning up after them. If in doubt, please contact us before you book.
We normally offer hot drinks and a small selection of snacks. You are welcome to bring your own food and soft drinks. Alcohol may only be consumed at the skipper’s discretion.
Conditions vary day to day. If you are prone to seasickness you may wish to take appropriate medication in advance and make use of outside deck space for fresh air.
Please aim to be at the vessel at least 20 minutes before departure. If you arrive late and the vessel has already cast off, your ticket may be forfeited and we may not be able to offer a refund.
