Passenger Code of Conduct
These rules help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all passengers and crew members.
1. Safety first
Your safety is our priority. All passengers must:
- Follow instructions from the skipper and crew at all times.
- Remain seated when advised, especially during manoeuvres.
- Keep emergency exits and equipment clear.
- Report any hazards or concerns to the crew immediately.
2. Behaviour onboard
- Be respectful towards other passengers and the crew.
- Avoid rough play, running on deck or climbing on railings.
- Use facilities and seating responsibly.
- Offensive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
3. Children
- Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Prams and buggies must be folded and stored safely when instructed.
- Children should stay seated when the vessel is moving.
4. Alcohol, drugs & smoking
- Alcohol may be consumed responsibly, subject to crew discretion.
- Passengers who appear intoxicated may be refused boarding or removed.
- Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
- Smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
5. Wildlife & environment
- Do not disturb seals, birds or other wildlife.
- Keep noise low during wildlife sightings.
- Do not throw anything overboard.
- When going ashore, please stick to marked paths and respect the environment.
6. Refusal of carriage
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate carriage for passengers who:
- Act in a way that endangers themselves or others,
- Ignore crew instructions,
- Are intoxicated or disruptive,
- Use abusive or threatening language.
Refunds may not be offered in such cases.
